Skiing with Calum

We met up with Calum and his moms, Amy and Robin. It would have been a more fun day if Jason was not a bit sick. Seemed he had a touch of the flue. But he was a trooper for awhile.

Furball, our new Hamster

We got a new hamster, that is after we grieved the other one adequately! This one does not bite, which is very nice. He is very soft as well and his name is furball.

Valentines Celebration at Ruth's

We love the valentines celebration at Ruth's house. This is one of the dinners at Ruth's we like best. Such a warm, fun red time. Not too many pictures of the table and food this year...we were just enjoying smiling together.

I Love Love Love this boy...

...and this girl. It's double bonus!

It's a good thing I wore a red shirt this year!

Happy Valentines Day....

Here is my main valentine!

Two weeks ago I came home to a lot of giggles. Apparently when Ruth picked up Jason on Wed two weeks ago, Jason got into the car with the announcement that he had kissed a girl 10 or 11 times. And...she had closed her eyes. OK everyone was laughing except me. I thought it was cute and all, but I know we are in trouble with that one. So we have been talking about that the only girl he is allowed to kiss till he is 16 is his mom.

The polar bear swim

Every spring when it gets a little bit warmer, it seems someone is crazy enough to jump in the pool. And then they get the frozen cant breath look. (Its hard to capture that look!)

These two just love to be silly together.

Auntie Zip's

Zippy and Jason have a very strong relationship. She is a true Auntie and Jason loves our time there. I think we have not gone more than 8 weeks without seeing each other since Jason was born. Its a wonderful rest for me, because Zip just takes over taking care of Jason. They have a lot of things they share that are just special to them. Bird watching is one of them.

There is usually a trip to the beach or boardwalk.

And ALWAYS a trip to sushi, sometimes with Maya, Cindy, Eva and Eli.

We love Santa Cruz and Auntie Zippy most of all.
